Do I have to set up Data Categories for Chatter Answers to search the body of a posted question?

I would like our customers to have the ability to search both the subject line and body of posted questions using keywor/phrases. Is that possible and do I need to set up data categories? Thank you!

    Thank you Vinay. I am working in our sandbox, and when I search for a keyword (that I know is in the body of a posted question) it gives me "No questions found" response. I would like for the title/subject line and body of the question to be searched when a client enters a keyword. Does that make sense? Thank you.
