Fractional Quantity Scale is not working after CPQ upgrade to Summer 17

We need to configure some products in decimal quantity and according the feature Fractional Quantity scale we  gave quantity scale as 1 in product level and blank in global settins in installed package settings . But in quote line editor the quantity is rounding off . Any advise or if someone has come across this issue . 

 

FYI .. This was working fine before the upgrade .

    CPQ Support here. I couldn't locate any known issue regarding this. If you're observing inconsistent behavior since upgrading, please log a case and we'd be happy to investigate. Please make sure to include detailed informaton about how we can observe this behavior in your org and the expected result. Thanks!
