Can I compare 3 values and return True if they all match?

I want to compare 3 values (2 picklist values and one is the User 'Username' field) and return True of they all match? (They are all staff names) 

 

I have used an IF statement and returned True if the 2 picklist values match, now I need to add the third - the 'Created by' name, and am using 'Username' field from the User record, but am returning "Error: Incorrect parameter type for operator '='. Expected Boolean, received Text" because I think it's expecting the third value of the statement to be me telling it to return True or False if the first 2 match?

    Try this

    AND(
    TEXT(Picklist_1) = TEXT(Picklist_2),
    TEXT(Picklist_1) =  CreatedBy.Username,
    TEXT(Picklist_2) =  CreatedBy.Username
    )
