Is there a fixed list of feature licenses or is it custom for different accounts? If it is a fixed list, can I find that list somewhere? I found this link https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=users_feature_licenses_available.htm&type=5 for feature licenses, but this is not the complete list.
Is there a dependency between the feature license and a User license. For example, I think you need the user to have a Slaes Cloud(SFDC) license to enable Service Cloud(Support user). Are there any other feature licenses that will need SFDC license. One of our customer's accounts had an issue when a user with Knowledge feature license enabled was downgraded to Platform license(feature license was still on). Is this expected behavior or could it be some other issue?
