It looks like we are suddentlyhaving problems with our web to lead form.
Is the new TLS 1.1 anyhow involved in the web to lead protocol?

Yep, is definitely involved. You'll need to update the end point in the web to lead feed. Below is an article that will walk you through the steps to remediate.
