Rolodex Question: Rolodex not returning results

We have the Rolodex on multiple pages, but for one user the Rolodex is not returning results, regardless of the letter clicked. Any thoughts on what could be the issue?

    Hi Bryan,

     

    Have you checked the if the user has the appropriate permissions and access? If so, can you provide a screenshot of the issue?
