I have a related list on Accounts in Lightning with 100+ Entries. They all are of course numbered. But when number 100 is reached it changes from two digits to three digits. This is too large for this column and so thre dots are displayed.
Can I enlarge this column to display even this numbers?

Hi Hannes, I recommend you create a new List View that you make available to all your users. Have a look at this trailhead: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/content/learn/modules/lex_customization/lex_customization_list. It perfectly explains how this works.
