Lead Name [not provided], use Company Name instead?

Our leads typically do not have contact name information.  Subsequently, when these leads are imported, the lead 'name' shows in SalesForce as "[not provided]".  Is there a way  to use Company Name as the Lead Name?  Our leads always have company name.

    The issue I am in the position to deal with is that I am handed the name, phone number and web address of Wayne Enterprises but have no idea who works there.  The sales people research and contact Wayne Enterprises to acquire Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson's contact information.  

     

    This is not so much tradition as it is how our sales and marketing group operates.

     

    Different definition of 'Leads' will simply need to be dealt with through WFRs and training.
