Manage specific Files against an Opportunity

Question

We have an Opportunity Path that requires certain known document types against the Opportunity at various stages within the process. Opportunities require one or more files (not always all files) to be uploaded. Currently we have a multi-select picklist to define which documents are required. How do I use the Files functionality to allow the user to upload the file and manage the process so that we can confirm that the appropriate files are uploaded before the Opportunity is submitted for approval?

We are trying to avoid writing code to manage this process.

Is there a way to manage this via configuration or should I build a process/flow to manage this?

Hi Michael,

To manage the appropriate file and verifying the content is a little tedious if you do it with apex code or process builder.

but with salesforce, you have the options to always look for AppExchange.

DocuSign is one of the application available which can feed your requirement.
