Asset field is not available in reports

When creating a report, and trying to add a Field as a column the Field is not avaiable to drag and drop. The Field is not found in the search, but is used in Cases.

    If you are using a custom report type, be sure that the field is included the report type layout. You can edit the layout and find fields from the object in the right panel. If you are using a report type where "Case" is the primary object, the field will be in the panel you see on the screen. Otherwise, use the "Add fields related via lookup" link to traverse relationships and bring in fields from other objects.
