I'm system administrator, and created a Sales dashboard with 3 reports for my users to load onto their homepages.
There are pictures attached here, and as you can see this is the login for one of my users and the reports aren't returning any results, but we all know there are results for each report to return. This is proven by pysically clicking through to the report from the dashboard (pic attached) and there you can see the results of tasks and activities planned for the week. I have double checked, and this Sales dashboard has definately been shared with all my users with "viewing" access only. I changed this to "edit" access as a test, but that still didn't fix the problem.
This is happening for all of the users from what I have tested and can't think what the issue is.
Thanks.

Hi guys,
Thanks for your quick response. From what I've gathered, I may need to create a dynamic dashboard because all my users (inc myself as administrator) can only view the dashboards as my boss, who was the one who initially set Salesforce up so the dashboards are defualting to the information he sees. This needs to be changed so each individual user can log into their account, and view the dashboard which holds their own personal information and not information relating to my boss (we are both administrators). I did manage to change the view of the dashboard to my name, and then I logged into another user's account and you can only view it as me now so I just need to customize it.
I figure to fix this, I need to run the dashboard as the "logged-in user", but can't find the relevant fields and settings to change to allow this. Can someone please walk me through this? We have Professional edition.
Thanks.
