Basically I need to run a penetration report. We run a DIRECTV MDU company. Basically we setup a system for apartment complexes that allows all of their tenants to run DIRECTV service off of one antenna.
I would like to be able to post a Report Chart on the Account Record that displays the current penetration rate for that property.
I have a field for Total Units on the Property Account Record. Is there a way to create a report that counts the number of records related to a Account through a custom relationship field and figure the percentage with those two numbers?
