I have the process running fine, it sends the email out correctly but the info that I have built into my template is not populating. Customer data pulled from the Account Objects specifically.
When I test send the email from the Template Editor it works just fine though.
Any Ideas why this would not be working?

On what object is the Email Alert Located? I if email alert is under opportunity and your merge fieds are account merge fields, you'll have an issue. Cross Object Merge fields isn't allowed in salesforce. You need to create a formula field that gets the value from Accounts to Opportunity and use those formula as merge fields on the email template.
