Our Recurring Invoice requires an email address. So as part of the process I have the email address referrence the email address on the Account (which works fine). We are running into issues where some of our senior customers do not have an email address though.
What I would like to know, is there a formula that can accomplish the same thing only with variable to add in a dummy/catch-all email address in the email address field on the Recurring Invoce only if there is not an email address on the Account?

Joshua,
Thanks for the clarification!
So, to start with, you could probably run a report of all accounts that don't have a value in this e-mail address field. If you make sure to include account id in this report you could export the report, add a column to put in your general inbox e-mail address, and dataload the information back into the system, yeah? That would take care of any of these historical accounts that are messing with your otherwise effective automation.
I suppose you could also include a criteria that if Account.Email__c Is NULL then Account.Email__c should equal noreply@pango.tv, yeah?
In this way you've backfilled all your existing accounts, and covered yourself in the weird case that another blank value is somehow created in the system.
Let me know if this will work for you.
