The built-in templating abilities are just way too limited. I am looking for a WYSIWYG alternative app. The problem I am facing is that they all seem built in to much broader marketing packages (from Pardot/Marketo/HubSpot type solutions, to Conga Composer/Workflow type solutions), which drives the price up dramatically.
As long as I have been using Salesforce, people have been complaining about it's templating limitations. I would have thought someone would have done an app for this by now.
