Performance degradation - May 17 2019

Is anyone else experience this issue today - end users are only able to view activity in the system?

    Hi All,

     

    I am here on a EU Instance and same issue. We cannot login into the system. However, sandbox and my dev-org are still online. On trust.salesforce.com there are no information available; I mean, the site is also not loading or very slow.

     

    Does someone have news on this?
