Change language in state and country picklist

Hi, I want to enable our State and Country picklists in the Data managment section. But All the countries are shown in Dutch. Our company is in Holland but our languaes are default English. Does anyone know what causes this problem and where I can change the names of the countries in English? 

 

I already changed the company and user settings to default english and tried the things in these awnsers:

    Is this a Sandbox you freshly created from your Production. Does the Production has locale/language as Dutch ?

     

    If yes, this could be due to that.

     

    I can't say for sure 'cause I've never created a Sandbox when my Production locale/language was in a language other than English.
