To get notified about new / changed features in each release, consider joining the Release Readiness Group in this Community (https://success.salesforce.com/_ui/core/chatter/groups/GroupProfilePage?g=0F9300000001oku) they prepare some really amazing pre-release and post-release material to help keep us all up to date.
