Remove Contacts from Mailchimp Lists

We've set up some queries to send filtered Contacts to respective Mailchimp lists. However, after running a query and populating a list, it looks like if a Contact doesn't meet the criteria for that query anymore, they aren't removed from the list on Mailchimp's side even if the query is re-run.

 

Any idea how to automate removing such Contacts? We can't set them to Email Opt Out as we want them on other queries.

    I reached out to Mailchimp support and this is their response: "Since the integration is additive, it add contacts. Currently at this time it isn't able to remove contacts but we are always looking for ways to improve its features and we do take feedback seriously."
