How do you manage your Mass Emails when they exceed the daily limit?

Question

I have a Mass Email we want to send to all of our Contacts, which amounts to about 2,000 contacts.  We have the Professional edition, and I know our daily limit is 250.  Do I have to manually manage sending 250-leads a day, or can  Salesforce automatically manage? I know about the Apps, but this is a one-time Mass Email for this size, and whether use stock Salesforce.
