Increasing the Field Size for a custom report

Question

I created a custom report that shows the sales activity summaries for each of our top accounts.  These summaries may be a couple paragraphs long and may have up to 2,000 characters. When I run the report, it only shows 250 characters.  How  can I increase the row size to show the entire content?

If you export to Excel I believe you will get the complete text.   Your other option would be a Visualforce page that you create your own look and feel, and display all the data you need.
