How can I convert a Lead field over to Accounts, when the same field is a related list in my Accounts Object?

I have a field in my Leads object called "Prinary Market".

In my Accounts object, I have "Primary Market" set-up as a related list, which contains the same information as in Leads.

So when I complete a Lead Conversion, how can I map the data from "Primary Market" to the Account?

If you likely pass with additional related object from account, use with automation tools like process builder or flow to create/update the values from accoun to related objects.
