Where did the list of user permissions go?

Question

I was looking in help and training for a list of user permissions that I have bookmarked and reference all the time. It looks like it just moved, but I cant find the info anywhere and its a key piece of documentation I rely on.

I know it moved recently b/c the old info still pulls up for my colleague on that URL as its cached on her machine (which had my head spinning for a bit).

Please see below for what the page used to look like - it had a list of all permissions and which standard profiles come w/ the permission. If anyone knows where this info now lives, please let me know!!!

PS. I originally had the same caching issue, and thought it was still there until I tried another browser, and it is totally gone from that URL!
