If i do a deactivation's of X no of users in my Org and i want to see the X no of record's created by them .. can anyone tell me the best practice for the same

    You can create reports with filters (Owner Active = Fasle) to see this. But note that this will be per object. If you want to see all in one, either you can go for Dashboards with multiple reports or create a VF page with shows the total of these (definitely complex).
