I pay for SF myself. My company has no CRM. I do know how to use it but guess I'm missing some hints. Emails, BCC, replies, tasks, all of the day to day. I can work 5AM till 9PM and still feel lost with what to do next. Suggestions? Thanks.

Hi Jeff,

Good name by the way.

Here are a few resources to try

Getting Started series (https://help.salesforce.com/HTViewGettingStarted?id=000176053&language=en_US) on help and training site

Some great slightly more technical videos (https://help.salesforce.com/support)

Collaboration (https://success.salesforce.com/_ui/core/chatter/ui/ChatterPage) where you can find some groups to join.

Trailhead (https://developer.salesforce.com/trailhead/) also has some great configuration topics and exercises to help you understand the platform better
