We are basically an ITES company; I am facing a major problem in oppty object. Actually our product includes fixed charges and monthly subscription (variable) charges for certain product line. But the oppty object populates the final amount adding both the fixed and variable.
I want to built two custom fields to see total fixed cost and total variable cost. I am not sure on how to do this, is there any formula to add oppty line items. Am new to apex code and formulas so please let me know on how can I make this work for me.
Many fixed charges are added as product as per the clients requirement. (Implementation charge( multiplied by NO. of license) , complex implementation charge, hardware charge etc)
