Opportunity Validation rule

I am trying to use the following validation rule, but SF keeps giving me an error saying I am missing ")". I do not see that I am. Maybe it's giving me the wrong error and there is something else incorrect.  

 

AND(ISPICKVAL(Ship_Invoice_Status__c, "Ready to ship"), ISBLANK( PO_Number__c), NOT(Stage,"55 - Customer Eval"))

 

Any help would be appreciated.
