How do I add custom fields to Opportunity with Historical Trending report

Some of my custom fields are not available when trying to create the Opportunity with Historical Trending.  How do I expose all of fiellds from the Opportuntiy?

    Okay, did you add your new custom fields to the Layout on your Custom Report Type (CRT) after you created them?  

     

    Historical Trending Reports are built off a CRT and CRT do not automatically recognize new Custom Fields like standard Report Tremplates do.
