I created a two step KB article Approval Process. For the first step, the criteria is that if Visible to Customer equals true else approve. The approval action for this step is a Knowledge Action to Publish. The criteria for the second step of the process is if Visible to Customer equals true it goes to the KB Article Approvers. The approval knowledge action is to Publish.
The problem I'm having is that although the step one process for Internal publication approves the article, it doesn't change the status from Draft to Published and stays in the Draft queue. The second step of the process works fine. Has anyone run into this issue that can provide some help or advice? A screen shot of the approval process is below.
Any help or advice on this will be most appreciated!

Thanks for your quick response. I tried your suggestion and now when I submit an article for approval with only the Internal Channel selected and the criteria of else next step, it gets rejected. Any other ideas on what I may be doing wrong?
