Our organization uses views of contacts extensively to create permanent logical groupings. i.e. On the Contacts tab we have 10-15 different views = different groups of contacts.
Strangely enough when I attempt to Mass email or Mass stay-in-touch (Contacts tab, Tools), the list of views is not availale for use. The only view which shows in step 1 (Specify the recipients to include) is "My Contacts".
The list of views appears however when using Mass Mail Merge.
Any idea how I can have the views of contacts appear for Mass email and Mass stay-in touch?

The only way I have gotten around this is to copy the criteria for the view and re-create the view when executing the mass email. It's a pain, but once you do it, it is in there for goo. Not sure why lead views dont propogate to mass email views, but they dont
