How do I switch delete my name from an account that belongs to another NAM?

Specifically, the Pier 1 or One Account needs to show Tamara Wren as having the Client.

If you have the required permission there should be a [Change] link next to the Account Owner (your name) when you are viewing (not editing) the Account. If you can't see this it means you don't have permission and you need to contact your SFDC Admin.
