Here's the scenario I'm trying to run:
PB: Anytime Billing record is created, and "Late Billing Already Issued" = false
1 day after the Billing Due Date - launch a flow.
Flow:
1. Does Billing Record have "Balance greater than 0" AND "Days Outstanding greater than 0"
2. If yes, Create Billing Header record
3. Create Billing Line Item related record
Not sure if that's the way it should be done...obviously the challenge is I have to track the changing of a record (hence the time-based scheduled action) since no billing record will be created with a balance due and days outstanding.
This is my first time doing Flow...however, I don't think this can be achieved with just process builder...unless all criteria (Late Billing Already Issued = false, Days Outstanding greater than 0 and Balance greater than 0) are all part of the criteria for the action group but I wasn't sure if this made sense since technically these wouldn't be applicable until AFTER the Due Date had passed...

Go back into your flow variables and make sure they all set to input and output. It sounds like they are set yo input only.
