Hi y'all! Apologies if this is the wrong place to post but I'm having difficulty with setting up a sensitive data rule for hiding 10 digit account numbers for live chat.
It seems like when I set up a pattern for a rule, for example: account number: ^\d{10}$, with the option to replace it by "**********", and I try the pattern by typing in "Hi, my account number is 1234567890. Please help me", the pattern does not get applied. It will still show: "Hi, my account number is 1234567890. Please help me". But when I type in only the numeric pattern: 1234567890, it works.
How can I ensure the rule gets applied no matter what someone would type in before or after?

@Brandon Queener Sensitive data rules are great for chat but they're a little limited for certain scenarios - if you want account numbers to be masked on your old chat transcripts as well you can try out PCIFY for free: https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N3A00000EcvUUUAZ
