Hi all,

Question regarding Automating Order Cancellation Process.

Currently in Salesforce CPQ there is a process to Cancel an Order manually by creating an amendment and making the quantity to 0 in the Order Products. This generates Quote,Opp,Order and cancels the Subscription and the Contract. However i'm looking for a way to automate this process skipping the manual process.Any suggestions,available solutions or documents?
