Hi! @Josh Robinson Let's discuss your clone quote and sync quote issue in a new post. Did you clone a synced quote or non-synced quote in your new sandbox? Please try both and see there's any difference, and if the issue only happens to the synced quote, then you may need to enhance the condition logic in your sync quote process.

BTW, our "Easy Price for Quote" app also comes with the sync quote feature (we support Quote Line Item custom field sync), and our Clone Quote and Sync Quote feature works together, you may want to give it a try.
