Hello,    I am trying to create a username access for one of our employees, username is getting rejected with an error that it is duplicate: Error: Duplicate Username.  The username already exists in this or another Salesforce organization. Usernames must be unique across all Salesforce organizations. To resolve, use a different username (it doesn't need to match the user's email address).    But this is a brand new email and a brand new employee. How to fix this? I tried to re-assign more than 3 existing users, by changing the details, but same error keeps coming. What to do?
