Tableau login is connected to our company's Active Directory. As per our company policy, the active directory password needs to be reset every 6 months. So all the employees reach out to me for password reset. Whereas rest of the applications(Google Analytics, Shared Drive and others) are connected to Office365 and so we use the same to login.
What can be a solution here? How to align the password policy between both the platforms so I can solve the login issue.

If you have defined Windows Authentication for your Tableau server, the users should be logged in automatically using their AD credentials. There is no need to manage or store any passwords in Tableau: https://help.tableau.com/current/server/en-us/security_auth.htm#ntlm-and-sspi
Maybe you have configured something incorrectly? Are you sure that the server was initially configured for AD?
