Hello Tableau Community!
I am trying to figure out a calculation and I am stumped. I want to know the number of new adds or losses by different internet speeds.
For instance, if John didn't have a bill in January but had a bill in February, he would then be considered a "Add"
Vice versa, if Michelle had a bill in January but not one in February, she would be considered a "Loss"
Ultimately, we'd like to be able to have an aggregation of the total number of losses and adds similar to the example below.
Does anyone have any thoughts on how to best accomplish this? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Yes, if you use Prep this is easier to do - leave the visualisation for Desktop and do the data prep wor in Prep.
