High Schoolers looking for a Data Analytics project

Hi, I'm Lina Kaval from Lakota East High School. I am the president of our chapter of INTERalliance (tech/business club). We would like to learn about Data Analytics by learning hands-on with a project that we can be a part of. Just from looking at TUG, I see many projects but perhaps someone here has a project that would be great for high schoolers. Or if you have any ideas, please let me know.
