The very last piece of this module instructs you to go to the App Launcher, select Sales, click Contact tab, and select All Contacts, but I only have one contact listed and it's not Sofia Rodriguez. Was I supposed to create her somewhere? What did I miss?

I wasn't see Sofia in my list view at first because the list was set to "Recently Viewed"; ensure that your list view is set to show "All Contacts" from the drop-down menu in the list, in order to see each and every contact in your org.
