how can i flag different accounts as hot, warm, cold etc in the starter pack version? i cannot find it

thank you - still no luck. this link got me as far as finding some tools under the "setup" tab and it looks like there are options under here to customize, but i don't see where i can actually add a field to customize myself under the accounts tab
