Why do I keep getting this error when I finish recording my time ?

-- Error Logging Session Time -- Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION, The calculated End Date/Time cannot be in the future. Please adjust the Start Date/Time or Duration.: []

 

I recently updated my timezone to Eastern Time Zone in my profile settings.

    Hi Thomas,

     

    Did you check validation rule on the object you are getting error for?
