I'm very new to Salesforce and am using the email app right now. I was in my account trying to edit user roles. I tried to give myself all the user roles to make sure that someone in our account had access to everything, but then when I clicked save, it said there was an error. And when it took me back to the Users screen, suddenly I can’t edit user roles anymore and I believe many of the options under Admin in the left panel are no longer there.

 

Additionally, I'm having trouble finding any documentation that's actually helpful and explanatory in answering basic questions about getting started with email and what all the terms and functions mean. I also can't seem to access help (when I try to ask a question, it takes me to 3sixty and says login is no longer supported, and I don't even know what 3sixty is). Can anyone tell me where to find papers that will lead me through the setup process and how to understand everything I'm looking at? Nothing I've found has answered my questions. Thank you.

    Marketing Cloud is quite new to this community, up until last week they had their own, so I've posted a message directly to them pointing them back to this question so that hopefully you can get it resolved
