Hi, I am using Enabler for Excel to transfer data for analysis. I am trying to figure out how to create trended reports. If I use stale contacts for an example. Is there a field I should be importing to show how many contacts were stale on 5 1 Oct vs 10 Oct? Or what an account looked like from week to week or month to month?
