Our organization uses leads to track new financial applications. Often these leads match accounts and/or contacts already in the system. While I will be working on other solutions to track applications, for now this system has worked well. The user handling the applications has no difficulty viewing the new lead.

 

Yesterday a financial application came through for a lead. This lead had a record that was converted two months ago. When the user handling financial applications opened the link, they recieved a notice that this lead had been converted. When I (system administrator) view the lead I can see it just fine. What permission might be causing that?
