I'm in desperate need of help. I'm going insane trying to figure this out and I can't for the life of me understand what is going wrong. If any of you have any ideas as to what could be happening, I would be forever thankful.
My situation is that I needed to create a separate Application form for an outside marketing company to use. In order to create the form, I duplicated our existing Application form. Both forms have multiple dependent fields which dynamically display depending on certain picklist selections. For instance, if the prospect answers "Married" in the Marital Status field, then the field Spouse Name appears.
The marketing company then placed the form on a landing page and associated a CSS template to both the form and landing page. However, when visiting the link to the form, it displays ALL of the fields. If I navigate to our original Application form it displays the fields dynamically like it should.
Since I duplicated the original form, it should be set up exactly the same. I've even opened up two tabs, one with the original and one with the new, and compared the form edit pages, the field edit pop-up, etc. It all appears identical.
What am I missing...? I've even tried toggling "Make this field required" on and off to no avail.
I've taken some screenshots of my Marital Status and Spouse Name field setups on the form to provide additional insight below. I've been struggling with this and the marketing company wants to launch our campaign ASAP, so if anyone has any insight it would be most appreciated!!

Hi Amit,
Thanks for sharing that link. However, it doesn't help my situation. My form has been set up that way exactly. Basically, my original and new forms are set up the exact same way - my original one works, my new one doesn't. The only difference between them seems to be the use of the landing page with layout template, which makes me suspect that is the reason.
