I am the System Administrator, and one of my users came to me asking why they get an "Insufficient privelages error" when they click on the Dashboard link. I have compared their user account with another standard user account and can't see any difference, and this is the only user complaining of this issue. I understand I may need to change some permissions but i can't quite figure out what to change exactly and how, so that everyone can access the same information. It seems odd because I thought everyone was set up the same way but perhaps something is missing for this user.

Double check the folder sharing on the Dashboard folder to make sure this user has access. You can do this from the Reports tab, then use the dropdown to the right of the dashboard folder the user is trying to use.
