How to I convert a Lead based on a Name to a Lead based on a company (with a name for a contact)?

When you pull up your leads it said Leads with a first and last name. I want it to say Lead with the companies name.

 

I will use the first and last name of the person for my contact, not my lead account.

    It was a mass import. When I tried to import without first and last name it gave me an error. So I put in the contact name in so it would transfer. Now It pulls by that first and last name instead of company.
