When I go to my Accounts Tab and all my contacts comes up, If I want to Edit one client I can't add a new TYPE description. The ones listed are not useful to what I need. Is there any way I can add a Type. This is all in the Account Information Side.

If you go to the setup section (link in up right corner) you can then customize the fields on the account / add more choices to the picklist.   is that what you're trying to do & if so do you need more detail re: how to customize the account?
