What is best method to remove email with particular subject from our data file?

What is the best method to remove emails with a specific Subject title from our data storage?  We are attemtping to clean up our system and our Data Storgage is 2,802% usage, over two thousand percent.

 

We have many, many emails with the subject of 'Manticore Email Sent...' in our Marketing Activities History.  We also want to stop these specific emails from being tracked in our Marketing Activities History.

    With Professional edition you could use the Excel Connector, and if you have Enterprise edition, you have the added option to use the Data Loader.
